Board member Maggie (Thomas) Deviney held an assembly event on August 20, 2022 with her Mom, five sisters, and five nieces. Together they assembled 16 baskets and over 30 bags to be delivered to one of our partner facilities. The women of the Thomas family get together several times a year and found this gathering the perfect opportunity for an event.
“Given my history of recurrent loss my family is incredibly supportive of Butterfly Baskets. My mom and sisters were excited to show their support by participating in the assembly event. I loved that my nieces were also eager to join in as well” said Maggie. The Thomas women hope to make this a regular event every year.
Butterfly Baskets is so grateful for the ongoing support of the Thomas family. Last year Mr. and Mrs. Thomas celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and generously donated their gifts to Butterfly Baskets.
