Throughout July and August, Athleta Exton held a donation drive to support Butterfly Baskets. Their customers and employees donated Athleta wallets and gift cards to be included in Butterfly Baskets care packages, which were then put into baskets and care packages at their service assembly event on August 7th. Before the store opened for the day, Athleta Exton team members welcomed Butterfly Baskets for a morning service activity. They worked together to assemble 25 baskets and 75 care pouches to be donated to our 15 partner hospitals, OB offices, and healthcare organizations.
There was a sense of calm, purpose, and community in the air as we prepared the comfort items, which is how it often feels at our assembly events and volunteer programs. We are so grateful to Athleta Exton, their customers and their team for the support! We hope each recipient feels the love and care that went into all of the Butterfly Baskets prepared this morning.
